Do you want her pee pad trained or do you expect her to hold it the whole time you are at work?
No way can she hold it for that long so your best bet would be pee pads, on the days when you are not working, get some really tasty treats that you know she loves. Everytime she wakes up, finishes playing, after she eats, drinks, if she sniffs the floor or circles etc etc pop her on the pad and of she potties say good girl gently and reward her. Don't tell her off for peeing where she shouldn't because that may just result in her wanting to go where/when you can't see her which would slow the training process down big time.
She will get the hang of it eventually, she's still only a baby.
