Yes, I realize that. What I am trying to suggest is that unless it is a service dog that DOES require certification, the laws prohibiting housing discrimination may not apply. I know that here, for housing purposes, you don't have to disclose
why you need the animal, but you have to prove that is is legally and officially certified. ESDs and Service dogs are different and in some places the laws apply to them differently. I just don't think I am conveying what I am trying to ask and explaing very well.
