I tested it out tonight for time... Here is what I found: In the microwave for 3 minutes, and sitting on our dining room table (with a window that my daughter had cracked open...unknown to me) they stayed warm a little over 2.5 hours. Now, if you put this in your babies blanket and with him/her laying on top of it, I am positive it stays warm a few hours longer, I know when Turbo and Callie wake up, they don't want to get out of bed!
As far as exact times when in the bed and under their blanky, I do not have an exact. Sorry. Hope that helps though.
