I don't make the rice but I do boil the chicken for Buddy.
I buy only boneless chicken breasts and depending on their
size I boil them for 20-30mins. Any longer and they become
tough. Then I freeze them in a zip lock bag and take one out
as needed. They defrost overnight in the refrigerator. |
