I really don't know the answer to this so someone else needs to tell you but. I had a nutritional consult for Ellie and the recipe calls for "chicken, white, cooked". I would say that that means no visable fat. This recipe calls for a tsp. of butter or oil (like canola) for the fat.
I see you are using carrots. That is a very good choice but do you ever mix it up a bit and either replace or better yet add to that? Some other good veggies are green beans, broccili, baby spinach, bell peppers and squashes.
