My bed is high so I don't have a ramp there and NO ONE even attempts to jump on or off.
I did get a ramp (actually 3) for my couches. I got them from Ebay. Search for Foam Ramp - it's like $30 (including shipping). It's foam and I covered it with fabric. I love these!
