Yeah, I understand that, what I meant was is she acutally CERTIFIED as a support animal--offically, other than by just what a Dr.'s note. If she IS and can prove it, then I don't think they can deny her. If it's just her doc's word, I don't know that she can force them to let her in.
I have to agree w/ what someone else said though--I'd just find somewhere else to live that DID allow pets. Even if she can force them to allow it, I'd be afraid they would just make up reasons to hastle her afterwards. (That happened to us once.)
