 Home Cookers and Chicken
I Home cook for Zoey. She gets Boiled Chicken, brown rice and carrots. I add in Bone meal and Missing link and give a daily multi vit.
My question is about boiling chicken. Should I try to skim off the fat, or does she need it. How long do I cook the chicken. If I boil it til it is really, really tender, and I boiling away nutrition? Also, does anyone have tips for cooking brown rice? It takes forever and never comes out looking very good.
