So he DOES have a genetic problem (collapsed trachea) and you're breeding him??? I've talked to two people recently whose yorkies died between 3-5years of age because they inherited this defect. Yes, it is people like YOU who are at fault for genetic illnesses in our yorkies. My yorkie also has LP because of bad breeding. No, you didn't contribute to HER LP, but you are continueing to contribute to badly-bred yorkies! You know, the ONLY reason all these problems are common in our yorkies is because people like YOU keep breeding dogs that do not meet the standard and carry genes for these problems. Reputable breeders health check, genetic test all their dogs and never breed one that might pass on a defect. I REALLY hope that poor female isn't pregnant...if you don't even know how dogs breed you probably know nothing about them giving birth. And that poor girl will be left in your care. What if she dies? What if her owner decides to hold you responsible if it happens? I mean, your dog bred her, you were the one there when the breeding took place, and you will be there when she gives birth - so YOU could be blamed if something goes wrong....could end up in a big mess. Poor dogs... and thank you again for contributing to the breeding of dogs that dont need to be bred
