That is so sad!! I have a neighbor and they are a wonderful family but they leave their westie outside all day long on a leash tied to a laundry line and when he is inside he is tied to the door and stays in the kitchen. It makes me so sad -- i always spend time petting him when we are out walking. There excuse is that they are sooooo busy |
