Sukoshi is 3 pounds, 11 ounces, and the XS fits her. I would think it would be too small for a 6 pound dog, but who knows. I don't think you can really say anything fits a certain pound dog as all dogs are shaped differently, regardless of maybe weighing the same amounts. Personally, I always go by the chest measurement, and then I look at the length. Those are the 2 most important numbers IMO.
