My breeder says that she doesn't give her dogs rabies shots. She said it's been a very very long time since the last epidemic but it is state law or something. She said it's necessary if I'm going to travel with a dog as flights require health certificates. She also said, once you get it, you're on file with the state and the vet and you are required to pay every year (something like that, cant remember clearly). I'm going to put it off until I decide to start taking my dog outside. The breeder didn't do any deworming either. She said her dogs are free of worms and has never been outside. I'm going to take Lucky to a vet to see if anything is wrong today.
