What exactly do you think he is going to gain from having this "experience?"
If anything, you are risking his personality changing completely (aggressiveness, marking) because of him being allowed to have this 'experience.'
You say you didn't think he needed to be tested because he's an inside dog? What about the female? Was she tested?
I will pray for the sake of this female who is not yours that she did NOT concieve although from what it sounds like, chances are not in her favor. If you and her owner truly want to do want to start doing what is in HER best interest, then you will have her spayed to end this possible pregnancy before she ends up suffering because of a lack of judgment. This could be something that could EASILY cost her her life.
