I have the same problem with Radar. I will pick him up rear and head and rock back and forth gently and place the front feet on the table and then keep my hand still under his chin and round behind the ears and then keep my hand on his rear and push forward a bit. I take to handling classes a couple of times and have people go over him. I got him out of posting but now with showing him very little right now he's gone back to posting so back to handling classes for a bit.
