Please ask your vets to do a bile acid test. This will confirm if there is a problem with the liver. Yorkie puppies are prone to hypoglycemic problems while they are young, even healthy ones. I have my puppies bile acid tested before they are sold so that I know there is not a liver shunt when they leave here. If your puppy is stressed or over active that can cause their blood sugar levels to drop also. That is also one of the reasons that toy puppies should be fed several times a day, and always have rest times, even if it means putting them into pens or crates and forcing them to rest. I do hope that your vet finds the problem and can help your little baby.
