I got Elphaba at almost 9 weeks and she would not eat the food the breeder gave me which was a mix of like 4 dry foods and then the breeder had me adding in a little moist. When she started to go into Hypoglycemic shock I forced some nutrical puppy in her mouth. I had to cover my finger, and then pry open her mouth and shove it in there - not fun. But she perked back up almost immediately and started to express some interest in food. That said, she seemed not too crazy about the food in general. As I started mixing in the food I wanted to give her (royal canin indoor puppy) I noticed she was ONLY eating the new food. So I just pulled the old stuff and went to my new stuff on the 2nd or 3rd day. Occasionally she still doesn't eat much but its gotten better. If I don't think she has eaten enough then she gets a dab of Nutrical off my finger which she takes eagerly now.
