aurora never really barked much until she was around my mom's dogs. My mom's dogs tend to bark at cats outside or if someone is outside and her girl nelly will bark until you pet her when you come in the house. Now Aurora will look out the sliding door and bark at the kids . If a noise scares her, she now barks. If she get startled from her sleep and she barks. She knows the word quiet and sometimes I have to use the water bottle. She is not a yippy type though....
