I have owned my 3 year old Yorkie for 2 weeks.
Previous owner stated that this dog had a peeing accident "once in a while".
Well, it has been more than once in a while.

Today while I was in the living room with him, he lifted his leg and peed on the couch. He had been walked 3 hours prior to this incident.
He has also peed several times in the kitchen on other occasions while I was out of the house.

He is normally walked @ 7:00 am, 1:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 10:00 pm.

Any ideas on how to get him not to pee in the house.

He is still intact, but will be neutered in the next few weeks.
