I'd say it's her second heat, especially since she showed all the signs of being in heat except for bleeding. Not all dogs bleed during their heat cycle. Lacy never bled when she had her first heat cycle, but she was definitely in heat. Also, there is no rule saying a dog has to go into heat every 6 months - it varies from dog to dog....looks like yours is on an every 5 months cycle
