Hello and welcome to YT. I don't know what I would do if I had not found this forum! One of the first things I read here was getting your baby to come to you. I started off by saying...."Come, Noah." When he obey me I would give him a treat he is crazy about (Mini Naturals Zuke's). Try that a few times a day until he makes the connection. I would never leave Noah outside alone. So many people steal these dogs, and we live in the country and have Hawks flying all over the place. Noah doesn't come to my command as well when he is outdoors as he does inside. I figure it is due to all the distractions, he wants to check out everything that moves he just can't resist even if he knows he should do as I say. Hope you get this problem solved.
