My Lillie was just a lil under 3lbs when she was spayed. My vet wanted to wait till she had her 1st heat cycle hoping she would get a lil bigger, but it never happened.
I had the pre-blood work done before she was spayed and just like you I was as nervous as can be!
I would wait till after her 1st heat cycle, Lillie did not have hers till she was 9 months old I think.
