Our trainer Rachel is amazing. She is so friendly, down to earth, and just loves the babies. I also was overly impressed on how well trained her dog was!
I would definetly meet them before signing up but Petsmart does have a 100% guarantee if you have a receipt so you can retake the class with another trainer if you didnt like the first one.
