I didn't have this problem with Cocoa but, he was also born and kept in the house with lots of people around before I got him. He has always been very hyper and curious. I read in the other thread that yours may not have been given a lot of human contact and I'm sure he is just trying to get used to that. If you have only had him for a few days I think he is still kind of timid in his new environment and if you just give him time he will come around. Don't worry, he will eventually bond with you too. He has to learn to trust you first. Also, a crate is like a dog's den and that is their safe place. He goes there because he feels safest there. Maybe try interacting with him while he is in his crate. I wish you the best of luck! Welcome to YT!
