I heard somewhere, that if a dog has food aggression...it usually was because he had to fight for his food as a pup...don't know how true this is. They also suggested, when they do this...go to their bowl and add more food...this way they see that no one is going to take their food from them. Although it also seems like you're rewarding the bad behavior. I think if this was my dog, I would certainly use the most helpful search feature, so it can be corrected ASAP.
