Actually, they can have white on their chests...The one I just got is purebred yorkie, and he has white on his chest, but, so did my older one, she's 5 now, and doesn't have any white on her anymore..But, the thing is, most likely she was lying(if you know your yorkies), but, I do know that a lot of them are born with the white on the chest..
