yes i did call them (# on the back of my Paypal debit card) last week. When i logged onto my paypal last week and saw I had to verify 3 diff things cause there was suspicion of a 3rd party on my acct recently. I called them to make sure everything was legit. Since I had to change my password, verify bank acct info and verify residential address. They told me on the phone there was no way around the residential addy verification. I was pretty ticked cause i had just won an eBay auction and suddenly had no way to pay for it!
I had to send the seller a check which is something i don't ever do for ebay. So I guess it's good in a way Paypal is being so cautious but it's also been a total PIA, lol!
I'm just disappointed I'm going to miss this deadline. i had already gotten myself hyped up for it
