Her reason is really unclear. First she stated that we were outside of her 72 hr guarantee. However, this was not a contracted health issue. It was congenital and her contract states that she guarantees the puppy is healthy at the time of sale or she would replace the puppy or refund the money. Neither of these things are happening and this poor little puppy was definitely not healthy since she was born with this. Some have even stated that this condition could have been caused by inbreeding. So, after bring this to her attention (which is iron clad), she now says she asked for the puppy back. Now, she talked to me and my husband both on separate occasions and never once asked for this sick little puppy back. Also, her contract never states anything about the return of sick/dying puppies. She is trying to get away with doing nothing. I am suing and believe without a doubt that I win.
