First off when you take in a Foster, you should never let it be close to your own dogs untill it's been Vet. checked and had all the shots, stools checked for parisites and so on. He should be kept as far away from your own dogs for a specific amount of time to see if he develops anything such as kennel caugh. Don't try and get your own dog/s to accept him. Just get him all the midical attention he needs in order to get adopted out. Just keep him clean and feed him several small meals a day till he gets use to a different and better diet.
