Yes, anytime there is an issue with a financial transaction, you may contact us. We will try our best to try to resolve the situation if we are able to. If it is an item that has been paid for and not yet received, and if you paid by Paypal, those are generally resolveable through Paypal. We believe it is better for our YorkieTalk community to post about a negative experience, so that other members may know about it, as long as you have given the member ample time to respond. On YorkieTalk, as in life, there will be those people that take advantage of the kindness and generosity of others.

It would be very hard for us to try and help members who loan other members money and don't get paid back, as there is little recourse, other than small claims court. We know that YorkieTalk members can be some of the most generous people on Earth and we hate to see anyone taking advantage of. We urge every member to be very cautious when it comes to any financial transactions, whether it be with a YorkieTalk member or anyone.
