I want to sign up for the GE but have to wait on the good ole postal service. My paypal account had to be updated and they had to send me a password via snail mail to confirm my residence! It was to come in 3-7 days and that was of last Wednesday, so HOPEFULLY it will be today!!! And I can't send any money till i get the pass word to enter in to my paypal site. grrrrr
