I think you meant that she should find a new ER Vet. Her vet read the fine print and corrected the problem.
I think that they should go over the papers better with owners to make sure their is no misunderstandings or if their is a question you can ask. I unfortunately have had experience dealing with medical problems with my human son and I alway's have them go over the papers because most of the time they are in a rush to get moving to the next person. I figure that I have to pay them then I will not be leaving till I know what needs to be done to get my child healthy and some times their writing is not the best to read, so I want verbal along with the written care instructions. I will expect the same for a vet!
