I bought mine thru the hospital I worked at. You can usually find relatively good quality ones at any medical supply store inexpensively. I wouldn't bother with the plastic ones (they're junk), and I wouldn't bother with a really expensive one (unless you have a need to distinguish between different specific heart sounds) unless you're a nurse or physician.
