Welcome to YT -- so glad you found us. Bailey is a sweet name!
It may sound comfy to have her sleep with you, but it may be restless for you and harder to housebreak her. I'm an advocate for crate training them or at least confining them to a small area.
I would recommend you search for crate training here on yt and see what others have said and maybe that will help you decide how to proceed.
