well, yeah! Not getting any more dogs would seem logical since he is adverse to having the 2 you already have in the house. Adding more would definitely be insulting to him at this point.
As someone else said, this is probably 3-5 years down the road. It is good to discuss things before getting married, but the dogs are in your life now, someone needs to accept that fact.
I am glad you will not make them outdoor dogs, they are little babies ... and always will be.
I agree with those who said they are leery of people who do not like dogs.
