If they are local and since she is letting them go for such a low price, maybe you could ask her to have them checked by the vet and offer to pick up the tab? If she knows the pups are healthy - she shouldn't have a problem with that in the least.... if she refuses, I'd definitely look elsewhere because she likely knows there may be issues.
PS - - NEVER trust that you'll receive a refund for ANYTHING unless you have it in writing... and even then, it's often questionable that you'll ever see a dime if you do encounter problems down the road.

They are local, about 15 minute drive. I guess it just sounds too good to be true you know? I guess I will tell my friend to go and just bring her hubby with her. I guess im alittle leary because its halloween tomorrow and so many bad people out there. another thing too is that the person will know she has 350 cash on her what about if he robs her? ok I think I answered my own question lol maybe she shouldnt go
