When Annie was spayed she wasn't given an e-collar and didn't have any bandages on her stitches or anything. We had the surgery done on a Friday so that we could watch her the rest of the weekend. We made sure she didn't try to lick the stitches or anything. I don't remember her trying to go at them or anything . But if she tried to lick them, she just got a stern no, and then moved her attention to somthing else.... |
