Here's what you do.....put poop in the holes and cover them back up. Dogs tend to dig the same place....she will and it'll smell like poop. Any new holes....place the surprise....when she digs there....gee this smells like poop. Pretty soon she'll think...the whole yard just smells like poop.
I know that sounds goofy...I was told this by a trainer and it broke my golden retriever from digging in the yard.
