Zoey took longer to poo on the pad. She would pee on it but not poo. I picked up the poo and put it on the pad. I would leave it there for about two min and show it to her. I think you are doing the right things, he is just still very young. I couldnt figure out why she wouldnt poo on the pad. She eventually did tho. Good luck.
