Tilly really doesn't look like a redleg to me. Her hair is so pretty on her head, that it seems she is missing something in her diet, or she isn't processing her food right. I don't remember how old you said she was, but I think I would get her hair trimmed short, and go for some really high value food and supplements while it was growing out. I feed Sawyer food and suppliments from Healthy pets ( Life's Abundance), and it has made a difference in just a couple of weeks. I know you are craving the long silky coat; but if you trim her up even all around, you will not be so upset with the different lengths while it is growing. I also would use very good shampoos and conditioners on her, and keep her nails short enough that she doesn't rip her hair out when she itches. Hope some of this helps; but I wouldn't through in the towel just yet, and don't forget their coats change up to 3 years old, and sometimes longer. She is adorable!
