I'm so glad you posted this. It's always good to be well informed. I can see why someone could be tricked into giving out info. when in shock with the information that there is a warrant out for their arrest. You know, if these criminals put as much time and creativity into living an honest life as they do in these schemes they'd probably be very successful.
