To be honest those pictures do not resemble any red legged Yorkie I have
seen. Maybe someone else can help you but the coloring appears wrong.
A red legged Yorkie is just that, red legged in color with very thin hair.
Tillie appears to be silver/blue like a Yorkie. Perhaps her diet needs to be
changed? Maybe some supplements to aid in the condition of her coat.
I am sure someone else can give you more suggestions.
