Poor baby. Tucker is going to need lots and lots of love right now. One thing that might help him is for you to get on your knees and then pick him up. When you are standing up and bend at the waist it makes you look big and scary to him. I don't think I would rush him to meet other people until he feels confident in your love. A visit from your mom's dog might help. It might give him a boost to have some play time.
I may be way off track but I have a feeling Tucker was abused or ignored.
