Congrats to your daughter on the new Yorkie! Considering her baby is only 13 wks, I think he needs a little time to get familiar with the new environment. Take into consideration that he's missing his litter mates, especially if you think that he wasnt getting enough human contact. I agree w/ bchgirl - be patient and give him lots and lots of love and attention. And lots of toys for a pup isnt a bad idea either.... Hope all goes well and hope to see pics
