Females like to hump to even if there not in heat. My Tinker has one special toy that she is allowed to hump, I only give it to her now and then. I showed her she is allowed to only hump that and nothing else
If you don't wan't her doing it at all just say no to her but if you don't mind you can give her one special toy and she'll learn after a while
