I agree with all of the above. I mean, Bo is far from the breed standard but at least he's CUTE, lol, IMO!! I know we've gotten in trouble before for critiquing a website but sometimes the truth should be told. I am sooooo thankful we have had several breeders on this forum who hold to very high standards. And they're always honest. There's gotta be something wrong about a place that doesn't even have the self-respect to at least groom the pups and try to show them in their best light. I too would have said I've never seen an ugly puppy but now I'll have to retract that stmt,lol.
