And to your mama~ gosh, your post really brought back memories of driving to see my boyfriend in college and staying over.....meeting his friends in a new place and a routine unfamiliar; it seemed so exotic (yeah, right LOL...he went to UC Davis and I lived in Napa, rofl) and exciting!
