As with the rest of you, it broke my heart to see Megan and her family go through what they're going through. Megan has been my best online buddy for 2 1/2 years. (And Teri was in my top 100, lol, before she pulled a disappearing act.)
I know Megan trusts me about as well as you can trust anybody you meet online, and I promised her that I'd give Rusty a great life. I've been looking at larger rescues here for a while now, so this fell into my lap at the perfect time.
Our only concern is the long travel time, but people do it all the time. One long day seems like a small price to pay for a perfect fit. And that's what this is. I can't wait to introduce Eddie and Jack to their new big brother who happens to get along great with Yorkies. |
Oh that is the BEST news! You are an angel you really are! Rusty will have a great life with you, living in Alaska! Aww i can't wait to see pics of him settled in his new home. I'm so glad everything worked out and all the dogs got great homes!

You are so strong to be able to go thru this. Bless you girl. But atleast everything worked out good and they all got the best homes and Rusty with Mike will be living the good life
