Speaking of taxes..you guys won't BELIEVE what our mortgage company did with our escrow...they sent us a letter stating we owed on our taxes, and we would now have to pay $400 extra a month...supposedly our taxes more than doubled! Well we called to find out about this, and they messed up ours with someone down the street! We would've been paying our neighbors taxes!
