after my two experiences one at petsmart and one at petco, I will NEVER EVER get my dogs groomed there again.

First off, YES they do sadate them... I know this for a fact.

Second they throw them around like they are stuffed animals, watched this with my own eyes.

Third they have young girls working that have NO experience in dog grooming.

Fourth They nick and scratch and there skin, and split there nails when cutting them.

Fifth they put them in cages with dryers and dont keep a close eye on them.
several dogs have died from to much HOT heat.

I have sat and watched dogs being groomed there on several occasions and it just makes me cringe to see how they treat dogs.

They pull on there little legs so hard when they shave them, put that harness thing around there neck and hold there head up so high it has to be very uncomfortable. And if the dog even trys to cry, they say shut up your ok.

I have seen this happen time and time again.

If you dont believe me,,,take the time to go and sit outside the window and watch.. I got so mad at the petsmart in the woodlands in texas i actually went in the groom room and said to them do you have any idea what you are doing to that poor little dog., I made such a scene that the manager came in and asked what the problem was. After i said what was on my mind i walked out into the store and told everyone that i saw as I was leaving the store Please dont ever get your dog groomed here.


PETSMART AND PETCO in my opnion really SUCK!!!
