OK unfortunantly i do know the answer to this prob
I have one to and i called and they told me that if i wasn't printing at least 1-2 times a week that the ink actually dries up on the heads and you have to take it in to be cleaned and it will happen over and over again so i said forget it and went out and bought an HP and never had a problem again. I tired everything cleANING THE HEADS myself but you can't get to the part where it is clogged. good luck with it . it can be fixed but it was like $60 here to clean it and i didn't want to keep doing it.
